Service Technician - Integra Testing Services, LLC

Job Summary:

The Service Technician is responsible for testing and certifying a variety of HEPA-filtered devices, including biological safety cabinets and chemical fume hoods, at customer sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electro-mechanical equipment, as well as the ability to perform precise and accurate testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our candidates are fully equipped to perform all job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site testing and certification of HEPA-filtered devices such as biological safety cabinets and chemical fume hoods.
• Ensure all equipment meets the required standards set by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) or CETA (Controlled Environment Testing Association).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain test results and provide recommendations for any necessary corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in cleanroom technology and certification processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with electro-mechanical equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to cleanroom environments or HVAC systems.
• Experience with a variety of testing equipment and methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for cleanroom certification.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires travel to customer sites, which may include laboratories, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer schedules.

Pay:

$23hr - $45hr + OT
