Service Technician/Bike Mechanic - Pedego Electric Bikes Atlanta

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, fun-loving, customer service-oriented service technicians to join our team part-time! If you are looking to be a part of an exciting, rapidly growing industry, then look no further!  The winning candidate(s) will work both as a electric bike mechanic & will be someone who shows a willingness to put on a sales hat and help provide that extra special customer service that makes us stand out from the competition.

Must Have Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Operate point of sale system, explain products and accessories, develop a deep understanding of the product and the business.
• General working knowledge of and ability to ride an electric bike.
• Be able to legally drive a company vehicle in GA (including insurance requirements).
• Ability to lift 50lbs +.
• Customer service oriented; Must love fun!
• Organized; strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, team player
• Willingness to work frequent weekend hours.

Wish List Skills:

• Electric bicycle mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of electric bicycles.

Duties:

• Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair Pedego electric bikes, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance.
• Assembly: Assemble new electric bikes, following Pedego guidelines and quality standards, ensuring that each unit is ready for sale or rental.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain repair and maintenance procedures, answer questions, and provide technical assistance when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians & sales associates to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.
