WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SERVICE AND SUPPORT COORDINATOR
As a Service and Support Coordinator, your day begins with reviewing and prioritizing incoming service requests. You act as the central point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Coordinating schedules for service technicians ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Throughout the day, you maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, including customer information, services provided, and any necessary follow-up actions. Your scheduling role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency, delivering exceptional support to customers and the team.
This full-time coordinating position typically works 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
THE TYPE OF SERVICE AND SUPPORT COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of resume-verified experience working in service/support or installation/integration in the A/V and lighting and rigging industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 5+ years of working as a service and support coordinator or manager (preferred)
