- 3 to 4 years of experience is required.
- Provide first level support to users in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Experience with password resets, A/V troubleshooting, access assistance, imaging PCs.
- Distributing equipment and maintaining assignment information in an asset tracking system.
- Assist users with PC performance issues and updates.
