Building control and automation company is expanding its Baltimore and DC area sales team and looking for a Territory Sales Executive. Great opportunity to work for an industry leader. Qualified candidates will have AT LEAST 1 year of TRUE HUNTING EXPERIENCE IN B2B SALES. Must be currently self-generating leads and securing appointments with decision makers. This is an industrial sale calling on Operations, Facilities Engineers, Building Owners and Finance Managers. Position is a combination of phone and field (in person) sales, so only those who reside within the territory will be considered. Base salary of $70K - $80K + commission with a first year target income of $100K - $125K Car allowance, fuel card, EZ pass and company pays 100% of health benefits for employee and family- very rare!!!
