Castro Roofing of Texas LLC is seeking an ambitious and driven Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling commercial roofing services for repairs, maintenance, coatings, and potential re-roofing projects. With a robust training program, even those without roofing experience can excel by learning our proven sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to manage a book of business, work closely with clients, and achieve exceptional sales goals while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

- Build strong, lasting relationships with local, regional, and national clients, including property managers, corporate businesses, builders, and school systems.
- Educate customers on our services, including repairs, coatings, storm damage restoration, and re-roofing solutions.
- Generate high-quality activity by navigating gatekeepers and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers.
- Conduct initial assessments, address client concerns, and deliver accurate quotes tailored to their needs.
- Schedule site visits for technicians to develop detailed estimates and collaborate with the team to deliver proposals.
- Manage a growing book of business with multiple accounts generating $25,000+ annually, with goals of achieving $750,000-$1M in annual sales.
- Identify storm damage repair opportunities and communicate potential solutions to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions using company-provided technology.
- Balance time between office work, client meetings, and occasional remote work when necessary.
- Industry Background: Experience in construction or B2B sales is preferred but not required.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, manage objections, and close deals effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with photo-taking, CRM tools, and proposal preparation software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
