Clay Cooley Kia of Irving is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Receptionist to assist our service team with their expansion of the book of business. This individual should be detail-oriented, a team-player, and have strong communication skills.

Job functions include but not limited to:
- Ensures the accuracy of the Service Department register. The Service Receptionist documents all transactions, documents receipt, reconciles billing and service payments, and issues refunds when necessary.
- Responds to customers and provides information on service appointments and availability. The Service Receptionist interprets and articulates costs and fees to customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of services rendered and outstanding balances.
- Provides excellent customer service while efficiently and professionally conducting phone calls to provide a positive customer experience for current and potential clients. The Service Receptionist maintains a professional attitude and responds to customer complaints to the Service Advisors or management if necessary.
- Assists with general duties and provides administrative assistance as it pertains to the Service Department. The Service Receptionist maintains the cleanliness of the receptionist window and the service waiting room.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Experience handling payments and invoices is preferred.
- Keen ability to read and understand written and verbal directions.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed to calculate invoices.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential
