Shipping and Receiving responsibilities include:

Receiving and stocking parts in the warehouse.

Responsible for new parts returns to OEM vendors.

Prepping and shipping core and warranty shipment to vendors.

Printing daily sales receipts.

Preparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.

Preparing boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.

Tracking inventory and reports any shortages.

Contacting carriers as needed and schedule shipping.

Maintaining a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.

Spot check inventory and update any changes.

Forklift certified.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Truck, Auto or Equipment parts experience

Computer skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail oriented and capable of noticing small errors

Capable of managing time effectively and multi-tasking

Demonstrates familiarity with all warehouse safety precautions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
