Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for Technology Transformation Services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations. This role requires solid experience and understanding of the ServiceNow Platform. This role is responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately using the ServiceNow Application tool.
It is crucial, that there is a clear hands on knowledge of ServiceNow software development and configuration to meet client requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. The ability to break down potentially complex issues or requirements into manageable steps. Successful candidates will have effective presentation, oral and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Must have experience working within ServiceNow managing projects. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT work experience, including four or more years managing projects. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions

- Familiarity of the entire ServiceNow lifecycle from end-to-end analysis, design, testing, and delivery of the ServiceNow product to clients.
- Responsible for acceptance of client requirements, oversight, and governance for business to technical requirements that Business Analysts develop with client and the developers to ensure traceability and release management to the original business requirements as well as defect tracking of any missed business requirements that occurred during development.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers within ServiceNow. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that affects the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
- The ability to work in an agile-scrum environment where documentation, attention to detail, and team collaboration is required
