Key Qualifications
- Experience with the Service Now software suite is required
- The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and practical "get it done” work style with deep subject matter expertise in Service Now, current or n-1 version preferred. Service Management.
- Previous experience with Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management operational / ITIL business processes
- Strong understanding of how to analyze, design, and document business and operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- The ability to break down potentially complex issues or requirements into manageable steps.
- Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels.
- The ability to work in an agile-scrum environment where documentation, attention to detail, and team collaboration is required. Significant project management experience and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment.
