Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of company property.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel required.
- Travel can range from 20% to 80%, depending on division and location (including overnight stays and extended periods away from home).
Driving Requirements:
- Completion of Driver Application for Employment.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required Forms:
- Driver Disclosure and Release
- Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
- FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
- Driver Certificate of Violations
- Driver Statement of On-Duty Hours Road Test
- Copy of Driver's License
- Copy of Medical Certificate
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Capability to obtain a CDL, Class A or B with applicable endorsements.
Preferred:
- Possession of industry-specific licenses.
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to secure all necessary customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
- Eligibility to obtain DOT Medical card.
- A clean driving record.
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, particularly in industrial or commercial process water systems.
Skill Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience in electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit requirements.
- Proficient in working autonomously and capable of mentoring entry-level technicians.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities with the skill to derive insights from customer experiences, effectively addressing moderately complex problems in innovative ways.
