Triangle Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager Supervisor/Crew Lead to oversee a team of technicians and ensure the successful completion of property maintenance and repair requests. This role is integral in maintaining high-quality work standards, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, maintenance, and home improvement, coupled with leadership experience and a commitment to excellence.

- Team Leadership:
- Maintain a healthy team environment by conducting regular touchpoints with technicians and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Ensure technicians maintain high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Address concerns raised by technicians and clients, implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Lead by example, staying positive and calm under pressure, and motivating the team to achieve high performance.
- Work Order Management:
- Review daily schedules and due dates to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Ensure technicians follow established guidelines for safety regulations and standards while completing work orders.
- Oversee the documentation of completed work and any pending tasks, maintaining detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
- Provide accurate estimates to clients for repair and maintenance work.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure the team performs maintenance and repairs to a high standard, using appropriate tools and techniques, adhering to best practices, and following manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, being courteous and respectful towards clients, tenants, and property owners/managers.
- Maintain a professional appearance and address tenant concerns positively, providing only necessary details about the work to be done.

- Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a team/crew lead or field supervisor in the maintenance or construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction, maintenance, and home improvement concepts, including carpentry, drywall and painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, and appliance repair/installation.
- Ability to perform tasks such as deck repairs, trim installation, door replacements, flooring repairs, drywall repair and replacement, interior and exterior painting, faucet installation, drain cleaning, toilet replacement, light fixture installation, and more.
- Requirements:
- Own reliable transportation and a standard set of tools.
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
