For over 20 years, We have been locally owned and operated independent electrical contractor in Marin County. We are a Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm business hours company. No night, weekend, or holiday working hours.

THE ROLE:
Service Manager:
Level 1
Technician performance tracking (peer comparison)
Follow Up Estimate advocate (for outstanding opportunities)
Customer Supplied Parts Tracking & Management
Level 2
Technician Paperwork (tracking and oversight)
Technician Strength Chart (updates and development opportunities)
Office Discount Approval point-of-contact
Unsold Estimate tracking & turnover to salesperson report
Inside Sales (manager follow up for outstanding opportunities)
Special Orders (ordering and tracking items not found by local wholesalers)
Install preparatory coordination (materials, job folders, etc.)
Shop Inventory (maintain inventory standards)
One-on-Ones (technician weekly wellness check ins)
SRC Performance Reviews
Technician vehicle audit. (Condition, cleanliness, inventory. Maintenance tracking)
Level 3
Weekly Meeting (curriculum development and facilitation)
Onboarding new Service Techs
Unsold estimate tracking & turnover to sales report
Other job duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
Proven track record in customer service.
IT competent (Apple product based).
Good typist and proficient with phone systems.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
Some college, Bachelor degree, professional training, or equivalent is a plus.
Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude on life.
Compensation:
Salary pay to be determined based on experience.
