**Must Come From A Mechanical Contractor (Commercial HVAC Company) **
As a Service Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our service projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from initial client contact and project scope definition to project completion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned service projects, including budgeting, scheduling, material procurement, and labor allocation.
Ensure clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
Supervise service technicians and ensure quality workmanship adheres to company standards and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including estimates, contracts, change orders, and daily logs.
Identify and proactively address potential project challenges and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for your assigned team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing service industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple service projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, their functionalities, and common repairs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Valid driver's license.
VRF/VRV certification a plus.
