Service Manager
Experience:
1 - 30 Year
Must-Have:
Min. 3+ years managing a service team couple with 10-20 years in the HTM sector.
JD:
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
10 + years recent relevant experience. Min 3 years managing a service department of Imaging Service Engineers and Biomedical Equipment technicians.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA, OSHPOD, and Title 22.
Incumbent must be familiar with the use of personal computers and various types of software.
The incumbent must have communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrated
presentation and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work autonomously under the guidance of the Regional Service Manager.
Independence and self direction to anticipate and proactively solve problems, handle difficult
circumstances and make sound business decisions is required.
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
