Xylem/Evoqua’s Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Carbon Services team in La Mirada CA and Phoenix AZ. This position will be responsible for creating a high-class safety culture, scheduling orders, inventory control, maintaining a fleet of vehicles, monitoring DOT compliance needs, review cost summary reports, working directly with sales to improve customer relations, and closing orders.

Core Responsibilities:
Analyze budgets and cost summaries of jobs completed.
Previous business management experience, including direct P&L responsibility
Site performance and quality KPIs.
Communication with the client.
Site financial responsibilities and budgeting.
Leading the team of Aqua Pros in multiple locations.
Maintaining a high level of safety and compliance for the facility.
Managing a fleet of vehicles including, maintenance, replacements as needed, and annual inspections.
Managing DOT and Non -DOT drivers including, Hours of Services, daily logs, and scheduling of jobs.
Qualifications for this position:
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in business is highly preferred.
Technical degrees and appropriate experience will also be considered.
Experience:
DOT and non-DOT direct management.
Relevant experience in a customer service management role, minimum of three years.
Combined with 3 years of leadership/management experience
Additional requirements .
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Industrial or commercial process water experience required
Clean driving record
Travel: Vehicle will be assigned
Travel 25% is expected. Or one week in Phoenix per month.
Day in the life : Normal business hours, 7AM to 3:30PM – typically (50 hrs per week), on-call and emergency response. Manage the facility operation and direct reports and ensuring all safety protocols are followed and training complete.
Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions.

$82,700.00 - $148,900.00
