Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Operations Manager to lead our service division in the Atlanta market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day operations, enhancing service delivery processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and manage service technicians to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in a service operations or related role within the mechanical contracting industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability for job processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards operational excellence.
