- Be the center of communication between our auto repair company and our customers. Follow our belief in total transparency to sell repairs and service based on our customer's needs, goals, and desires. Assist customers both in store and over the phone, email, text to provide them with an exceptional auto repair experience.
What we are looking for?
- This is a writing manager role.
- People-person is a must
- Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale.
- Shared belief in servant leadership.
- At least 3 years of management experience - automotive not required.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to Make it Happen (Motivation & Drive)
- Team-oriented
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How much can I make in this position?
Annual Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000+ (estimated first year based on sales performance.)
