Service Manager - Arcot Manufacturing Corporation

• Service Manager position is available to lead activities of a team of field service technicians.
• The technicians provide service for commercial dish machines & chemical dispensers as part of the Service Division of a well-established manufacturer of cleaning chemicals.
• The position requires travel mainly within Texas and sometimes to neighboring states.
• The position offers stable, full-time, long-term employment with the opportunity for advancement.

• Minimum 10 years of service experience
• Technical knowledge of commercial dish machines is an important asset
• Must have electrical, mechanical and plumbing knowledge
• Sales experience is an asset
• Strong English grammar, math and computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is an asset

• Increase overall service level
• Manage and mentor an existing team of field service technicians
• Improve route and work efficiencies
• Provide continuous training to improve technician knowledge and effectiveness
• Recruit more service technicians as needed
