Bell-Mark Corporation, a leading innovator in packaging and carton printing, is seeking a Service Manager to join their team in Dover, PA.
If you have:
- An Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Management, or other related field
- 5+ years of management experience of field service, project management, or technical service roles

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Use technical knowledge and industry experience to guide the service team in delivering high-quality support, solutions, and services.
- Stay up to date with Bell-Mark products and technological advancements to ensure the service team is well-equipped to handle customer needs.
- Effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team of field service technicians, in-house technical service personnel, and other support staff.
- Inspire the team to meet and exceed performance goals, deadlines, and customer expectations on a daily basis.
- Develop and coach technicians to improve their technical skills and customer service capabilities.
- Create and implement training programs to ensure continuous skill development and elevate team performance.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, providing clear, concise communication and proactive support to address their concerns.
- Work closely with the service and engineering team to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of service processes, policies, and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategic methods to optimize service delivery and meet department metrics, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee departmental profitability, and expenses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive cost-effective service delivery without compromising quality.
- Maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure, ensuring that all customer needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the team through challenging situations, ensuring that service commitments are met even in high-pressure scenarios.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both internal teams and customers.
- Ensure that information is conveyed clearly, and any concerns or issues are communicated effectively.
About the company: For over 60 years, Bell‐Mark has been developing innovative solutions for package and carton printing applications in the medical device, pharmaceutical, prepared foods, meat, bakery, dairy, and poultry packaging industries.
