Job Duties:    
Responsible for leading global team that develops and delivers innovative data engineering and data science solutions for clients. Specific duties include: (1) overseeing solution architecture and design, including collaborating with clients to understand their data engineering and data science requirements; designing scalable and efficient database architectures; developing data warehousing strategies and overseeing the planning, designing, and development of data warehouses; designing implementing, and optimizing ETL processes using tools like Informatica PowerCenter and Python; and ensuring technical excellence and adherence to best practices in solution design and development; (2) overseeing data engineering projects and monitoring the quality of deliverables; (3) serving as a primary point of contact for clients, including understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and developing tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges; and (4) managing and developing team of data engineers and analysts across multiple locations.

Minimum Requirements:   
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related. 2 years of experience in IT consulting, data engineering, or related, including specific experience with database architecture; ETL processes; Tron Web, Greenplum, V12, and AS400 databases; and knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter ETL, Oracle Database, SQL Server and Data Reporting tools.
