REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of experience in service management, specifically in commercial HVAC.
- Healthcare project experience is a significant plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
- Knowledge of union operations and compliance requirements.
