Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Lead the Charge in Customer Service Excellence!
- Inspire and Guide: Supervise and lead our top-notch Service Team.
- Evaluate and Improve: Manage and evaluate Field Technicians to ensure peak performance.
- Hands-On Leadership: Conduct ride-alongs with electricians, offering valuable feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee all repairs and installations meet the highest standards and obtain necessary permits.
- Optimize Operations: Collaborate with the Dispatcher to manage schedules, maximizing efficiency and profits.
- Effective Dispatching: Ensure Technicians are dispatched strategically and effectively.
- Field Support: Assist Technicians with on-site issues, providing expert guidance.
- Personal Development: Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings with Technicians for continuous improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Compliance Champion: Maintain compliance with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
- Safety First: Ensure all team members adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Budget Mastery: Manage the departmental budget effectively.
- Goal-oriented: Strive to meet or exceed all company goals.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle clerical duties, including paperwork, evaluations, expense reports, and timesheets.
- Adapt and Excel: Take on additional duties as needed to support the team and department.
