Job Summary:
As a Service Manager (Front of House), you will lead and oversee the restaurant’s FOH operations to ensure memorable guest experiences. This includes managing staff, monitoring inventory, purchasing supplies, maintaining the dining room’s appearance, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with food and beverage regulations, driving profitability, and upholding La Bonanza Hospitality Group’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise FOH staff, providing real-time coaching and feedback
• Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Review Time & Attendance in Toast POS and address discrepancies
• Serve as a brand ambassador, setting the standard for hospitality and guest service
• Maintain weekly budgets and financial reports in alignment with company standards
• Implement strategies to boost sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and employee engagement for your assigned area
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained dining environment
• Prepare all required paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules promptly and accurately
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work atmosphere
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
• Experience in a high-volume, casual dining environment preferred
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
Education & Experience:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant environment required
• Georgia Alcohol server permit or ability to obtain within 90 days
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs daily
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Capable of working with commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and carry multiple objects up and down stairs
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
