Job Description – Service Manager

Scope:
This role involves oversight of all our inspectors and technicians, including hiring, job performance, quality assurance programs, fleet management, and supplies. The Services Manager will collaborate closely with the Office Manager to ensure inspections are successfully completed, as well as the Marketing Manager to resolve client complaints.

- Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide coaching and accountability to ensure team members achieve goals and KPIs
- Manage supply chain for inspectors
- Manage fleet of vehicles
- Manage quality control programs for procedures and inspection reports
- Handle concerns from clients and agents
- Handle questions from inspectors and operations staff
- Ensure division operates within annual budget
- Work with Office Manager to handle capacity challenges and manage production
- Narrative:
- The Services Manager seeks the opportunity to develop a high powered and innovative service division. This involves developing and motivating a team to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients and partners. The Services Manager will oversee quality control and service metrics. This role requires an exceptional ability to focus on short term successes with an eye on the greater opportunity of expansion and development.

- Salary range: $90k-120k
