About the Job
We are looking to hire a Service Manager for our agricultural and light equipment (full sales and service) branch in Vance County, NC. Must have 3+ years prior dealer experience managing a department of 5-10 people (including service and parts personnel).
- Base salary - $65k - $80k annually DOE (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential – Annual potential is $15k - $20k with potential for $25k + for those with the drive to perform, bonus paid quarterly.
- Specific Needs: Large Ag. experience and solid customer experience are necessary in this position!

- 401(k) Retirement Account – You will be eligible to participate in the company sponsored 401(k) plan. We match employee contributions at 50 cents on the dollar, up to a maximum of 8% compensation per year. There is a 5-year vesting schedule at 20% vesting per year.
