The Service Invoicing Coordinator II facilitates the work order process for invoicing within the assigned division. Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate and timely activities to facilitate invoicing to customers while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Facilitate invoicing for services rendered, ensuring compliance with all city, state, federal and/or company regulations, policies and/or procedures; ensure accuracy and timeliness of work order processing to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary information for work order invoicing purposes, overseeing all data collection of Work in Progress (WIP).
• Communicate/Track WIP changes and delays in closing.
• Address customer invoicing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and analyze work order/invoicing reports, proving insights and recommendation for process improvement.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales progress reports.
• Monitor accounts invoicing aging and work closely with the accounts receivable team to address outstanding invoices and collections.
• Perform collection activities for uncollected Purchase Orders and/or cash accounts.  Communicate non-collectible invoices to management.
• Process service-related vendor invoices for payment.
• Assist Service staff with administrative functions.
• Attend safety, production, and team meetings as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Entry to intermediate level problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills with programs such as Word for Windows, Excel, Power Point, etc. are required.
