Service Greeter/Porter - Sunset Chevrolet Buick GMC

We are currently seeking a full-time Service Department Greeter - Service Drive Porter to join our elite team at Sunset Chevrolet!

If you are energetic, personable, and outgoing, then this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a full-time team member to make a great impression on our service clients. You will do this by welcoming our clients as they arrive for vehicle service and assisting them until they are being helped by an advisor. You will then be handling the vehicle and preparing it and transporting it to the appropriate area for service.

Duties include everything from opening doors, directing and answering questions for our guests, preparing vehicles for service by placing protective covers, checking minor vehicle items on the drive, shuttling vehicles to and from our service department, picking up and dropping off customers, handling light facility maintenance, and any other duties as assigned to help the service operation run smoothly.

Service Greeter - Porter Requirements

Professionalism and customer service are top priorities at Sunset Chevrolet and in this role, you will be an integral part of ensuring those priorities are achieved. With this in mind, as well as the physical and technical parts of the job, requirements for the service porter position are:

• Pleasant personality and professionalism with clients and staff
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving ability
• Verifiable work history
• Previous new car dealership experience a plus, but not required
