Experienced Director of Service Excellence needed at a critical access hospital in Montana. This director opportunity offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Duties:

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing patient safety, and contributing to the overall improvement of healthcare services.
• Management of patient complaints, and coordination with the Patient and Family Advisory Council
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in compliance with mandated guidelines and regulations.
• Actively participate in the Health Information Network (HIN) initiatives.

Requirements:

• BSN
• 2 years of experience as a licensed RN
