We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide high-quality technical support and maintenance for CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, ensuring optimal machine performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and commissioning of CNC machines at customer sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service work and customer interactions.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role, preferably with CNC machines.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of maintenance practices.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Competitive Salary based on experience: $70,000 - $100,000
