Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Engineers to join our dynamic team in Texas. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, or have equivalent work experience in these fields. Applicants should demonstrate strong capabilities in basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment. The role requires excellent organizational skills to manage repair parts effectively and maintain accurate service records. Candidates must be proficient in maintaining communication with customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Familiarity with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other regulatory requirements is essential. This role is onsite, requiring hands-on work and the ability to manage tools and test equipment. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Education:
- Degree in related discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, ect) and/or equivalent work experience
What you will do / Responsibilities:
In this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for:
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
