• Troubleshoot and repair existing commercial and residential electrical systems.
• Replace light fixtures and electrical devices efficiently and safely.
• Execute small-scale commercial and residential renovations.
• Work independently or with a partner, depending on project scope.
• Support larger project-based work as needed to meet client demands.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while delivering excellent service.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore preferred.
• Vocational school, apprenticeship, or electrical certification training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of field experience (3-6 years preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of commercial fit-outs, installations, residential remodeling, and service work.
• Must have personal electrical tools. Impact drill, sawzall, hand drivers, tape measure, non-contact voltage checker.
