Service Dispatcher - D2B Groups

D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated Service Dispatcher to enhance our client's operational efficiency. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the service team, responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to service calls. You will manage incoming service requests, ensure timely service delivery, assist with parts preparation, and maintain clear communication between field technicians and clients. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who excels in a busy environment, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and can effectively handle customer inquiries. Experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or customer service
• Experience with parts is a plus
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Proficiency in dispatch software preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities
