Job Title: Service Desk Support Level 3- Deskside and Phone Support
Job Type: Salaried W2 up to 85,000.00 – 90,000.00

Clearance Required: Secret active for this position.
Parking: Across the street at the Mall or Metro available
Hours: Service Desk hours are standard; Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
Note: This is a Service Desk role; shifts available are mostly 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. – Shifts are 8 hours and there 30 min lunch) Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3). Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities: • Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations. • Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications. • Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices. • Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas. Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Qualifications: • Must have a Security+ Certification. • Must have 7 years of experience in Information Technology, WITH 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment. • Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
