Global Service Desk Analyst/Help Desk/Technical Support
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Global Service Desk
Analyst.
Expected Duration: 12 Months
ASAP Start, Contractor will work on-site
MUST HAVES: WINDOWS10, IOS
looking professional 3+ years experience
- Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user-base.
Role involves basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and
proprietary system via phone. Desired experience in Microsoft Office
application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have excellent customer service skills. In-house
training will be conducted. Technologies may include, but not
limited to: Windows 10/, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and
ticketing systems.
- Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience desired.
Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and
resolutions of technology problems and incidents.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals
correlated with call handling and customer service.
