WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A SERVICE DESK COORDINATOR?

At Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis you will not only be responsible for providing our guests with excellent customer service. This position provides the first impression of the school by accommodating all guests who call the school or enter the facility. Additionally, our Service Desk Coordinators get to participate in assisting and mentoring our Future Professionals as they learn and observe the systems associated with what it takes to have a smooth guest service experience from check-in to check- out.

• Friendly personality (must enjoy being around people all day)
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Enjoy working in an often fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Good organization skills
• Basic Computer and Software skills
• Requires standing, walking, repetitive motion, and computer screen time
• Mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturday availability
