Job Description:
Assists the user community with the documentation and resolution of requests for service that originate (via phone, email, and online) with IT Service Desk. Coordinates the assignment of requests with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution. Additional Service Center responsibilities and duties as required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Environment :
- CA Service Desk
- Microsoft Desktop OS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Certification:
- ITIL
*Will be migrating to ServiceNow in 2025.
