Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Onsite)
Location: Detroit, MI
Scope of Services:
Client is seeking full-time, qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as a Desktop Support Analyst for a two-year limited term. Responsibilities include support and inventory audit of all client devices, printers, computers and equipment, manage and support decommission.
Skills & Experience
- Mobile Device support and inventory audit of all client devices
- Mobile Device management and installation to decommission all 3G devices by Feb 2022
- Avaya VIOP phone support
- Image / Deploy Windows 10 workstations
- Inventory and audit of department printers
- Inventory and audit of department computer & equipment
- Application installations and inventory
- Audio Visual conference room support
- Support Board and community meetings (Zoom)
- Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system,
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support services in the management of IT computing devices and applications used by client.

- Image / Deploy Windows 10 workstations
- Inventory and audit of department printers
- Inventory and audit of department computer & equipment
- Application installations and inventory
- Audio Visual conference room support
- Support Board and community meetings (Zoom)
- Knowledge of ITSM Cherwell ticketing system
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field (4 years’ experience in lieu)
- Desk side support experience required
- Desktop imaging and deployment experience required
- Highly Motivated, Team Oriented and Process Driven
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment through both self-directed learning
