implementation and coordination of routine Help Desk and Operational tasks.
Candidate must be okay handling medical billing questions occasionally.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Majority of the calls are for Password Resets
(60% of these calls) Nature of other calls include... - Basic Program
troubleshooting- programs not working correctly, excel freezing, Emails
(Outlook issues) - Ticket Creating (E-Desk) - Taking about 45-50 calls a day
during high volume, 35 calls on average.
ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Provide Help Desk support and technical
assistance to end users. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and
software issues. Installs, configures and maintains PC operating systems,
network operating systems and related software applications. Log and track all
user's requests and support interactions. Provide backup support to the
operations support team for the daily operations tasks. Perform routine
preventative maintenance on computer systems. Monitor Data Center environment
and provide necessary communications on status Assist with the development and
maintenance of a knowledge base of support issues Identify and escalate
situations requiring urgent attention. This position is scheduled as a Six
month contract, at which point the client may offer a permanent opportunity
Shift is M-F 8am - 5pm

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
