Summary
Bullfrog Spas is seeking to hire a full-time Spa Service and Delivery Technician to serve the Boise, ID area market and Factory Stores. The Field Service Technician provides support to our Idaho customer, ensuring an easy to do business with attitude. The Field Service Technician works with the Service and Delivery Manager to complete the assigned task, follow safety procedures, and communicates needs to create a positive work experience as well as an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties
- Provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Provide basic service and maintenance to trailers and vehicles
- Maintain inventory of spa parts on the vehicle and warehouse
- Provide solutions to customer
- Assist local store sales team when necessary
- Provide technical support to customers
- Assist in setting up shows as well as showrooms
- Maintain and submit expense reports daily
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
Be responsible for Bullfrogs assets.
- Communicate local needs with Service Manager to improve the customer experience
- Maintain local service schedule, detailed notes of service provided, close service tickets, and collect payments from customers
- Schedule local service calls with the customer
Insure vehicle is serviced in an appropriate time frame.
Be responsible with representing the brand while in the field.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information, service manuals, etc. Ability to effectively present information to management or the customer
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, etc.
Technical Ability
Candidate must possess or have the ability to learn the basic fundamentals of spa repair.
- Basic electrical, low voltage, 110v to 240v, AC/DC, GFCI breakers and amperage.
- Electronics diagnostics

Repair spa in a one touch resolution
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer software such as Microsoft Office.
