About the Job
We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Service Delivery Manager, to work in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Program roadmap, rollouts, and strategic discussions with internal and customer stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with Program Director/Business Relationship Managers.
- Maintain an overall Program-level view with the current state/progress and achievements.
- Review delivery accomplishments and ensure adherence to budgeting preparation and control.
- Track work progress and maintain relationships with other Partners/Vendors/Suppliers.
- Oversee Delivery Quality and handle Customer Escalations.
- Build and maintain the right team to deliver the program/track.
- Identify learning needs to upskill the team's capabilities.
- Identify potential risks/escalations and work with Scrum Master/Product Owner on Root Cause Analysis and define corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance and reporting as defined for the track.
- Communicate effectively across a complex and diverse group of stakeholders.
- Management of service delivery performance and compliance through agreed metrics and Service levels.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale digital programs (25+ Team members).
- Ability to comprehend key digital technologies like Cloud, DevOps, and e-Commerce.
- Strong experience in the Retail Domain.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and management skills.
- Deep and practical ITILv3 knowledge and experience.
- Experience in organizational initiatives
- Ability and flexibility to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours in supporting global production systems.
Additional Requirements:
- E-Commerce background will be an advantage.
- Experience in organizational initiatives such as Value Creation, OCM, and CSAT.
