Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary call taker for service requests via phone and email.
- Monitor emails and after-hours voicemail. Log calls and respond to clients.
- Assign technicians to service calls.
- Follow up with customer following service and close out ticket.
- Check billable tickets for accuracy and process invoice, scan monthly.
- Communicate with clients regarding estimates / inspections.
- Send documents and contracts to accounting as needed.
- Support Dispatcher as needed with communication to techs and leadership.
- Back up Dispatcher during absence.
- Attend all company and departmental meetings.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of clerical and customer service experience in an office environment required.
- Strong MS Office skills with the capability to catch onto new software.
- Attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
