Position Summary
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for sign repair and maintenance throughout the United States using both internal and external resources.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Dispatch via purchase order or internal work order daily customer requests throughout the United States, within customer required time frame and with all client deliverables
- Help to qualify, select, negotiate and manage vendor partnerships throughout the country
- Maintain geographic vendor list with data to track vendor performance in each area
- Track all active calls from creation to billing with all required paperwork and follow up
- Reviews and enters work orders and/or Purchase Orders into a computer in order to automate the scheduling process.
- Track all relevant work order documents as required and defined in the company process
- Confirms that service call is on the service team's schedule within required time frame, that they are there on the day promised and the work was complete per the requirements
- Generates quote for customer if Not to Exceed price will not cover the cost of repair
- Tracks overall profitability for each service call
- Confirms that all information for customer invoicing is accurate and completed on a timely basis
- Reports status of all service work orders to customer on a regular basis with great customer service
- Coordinates weekly scheduling meeting with internal team and customers
- Confirms vendors have a current Certificate of insurance and W-9 on file with company
- Assist internal project management team as required and time allows
