About the Job
Currently seeking a Service Clerk for a full time Temporary to permanent position in Norwood, MA.
Responsibilities of Service Clerk
-Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
-Manage all aspects of the scheduling operations
-Retrieve paperwork for field staff on a daily, weekly, and month basis
-Update and manage database at consistent intervals
-Coordinate verification operations with field staff
-Download and distribute necessary documents
-Assist the operations manager with identifying and implementing new scheduling and work tracking software programs
-Coordinate the actions of the office staff, field supervisors and field installers
-Performs other tasks as they are assigned
Requirements of Service Clerk:
-2-3 years previous customer service experience
-Previous experience as Administrative Assistant preferred
-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs
-Ability to multi-task
-Strong Customer service skills
-Great communication and phone skills
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
