About the Job
Description:Set, confirm and follow up with Service Appointments. Coordinate with the appropriate Service Advisor and Technician based on the Service need and time available. Work closely with the Service Advisors and learn the Technicians' skillsRespond to phone and internet inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAccurately enter customer information (personal and vehicle) and customer comments/needs into the CRM toolConduct phone surveys to assess the customers experienceMaintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referralsAcquire knowledge of services that benefit the customer/their vehicleKeep up to date with recalls, products, monthly deals/specialsMake outbound calls for necessary recalls and warranty workGenerate business from manifest listsMaintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customersMaintain regular attendanceOther duties as assignedRequirements:Qualifications/Skills:Customer Service Experience - requiredCall Center Experience - highly preferredAutomotive Experience - a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work at a desk/computer for most of the work dayAbility to multitaskPM22PI00bbe04cffd5-25660-36058113
