Service BDC Representative - Continental Toyota

Continental Toyota is looking for a motivated and reliable candidate with excellent phone and people skills to work in our Service Department call center.  Part time and full time openings available. Flexible schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follows up for recalls and declined services
• Answer phone calls effectively with the end goal of scheduling an appointment
• Make follow up calls daily according to the CRM process

Qualifications:

• Great personality with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
• This position requires you to be able to work alternating Saturdays
• No college education or degree required
