Service Appointment Coordinator/Cashier Summary:
As a Service Appointment Coordinator/Cashier, you will assist our customers with their scheduling needs, working within company guidelines, to create a welcoming experience in the Service Department. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. In addition, you will have cashiering duties, assisting both the Service and Parts Departments. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in need of service appointments.
- Determine and document customer needs/understand their reason for calling.
- Schedule service appointments using computer scheduling system.
- Place reminder calls to customers regarding pending scheduled service appointments.
- Place follow-up calls to customers when special order parts arrive to schedule service.
- Process customer payments when services are completed.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
- Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service.
