Job Summary:
The Service Advisor at Audi of Melbourne is a key member of our customer service team in the auto industry. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Melbourne, Florida. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers by providing top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns, and managing the service process for their vehicles. You will also work closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure that all services are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Listen to customers' concerns and needs and provide appropriate recommendations for service
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Review service orders and communicate any necessary repairs or services to customers
- Monitor the progress of all services and communicate updates to customers
- Act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure that all services are completed accurately and efficiently, following company and manufacturer standards
- Handle customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate manager
- Keep track of all service records and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Audi products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department and company goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Audi vehicles and services is a plus
- Prior experience with dealership management software is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
