Professional Service Advisor with strong customer satisfaction skills needed to join our team. We have more customers than our service department can handle and need help immediately.

We want our Service Advisors to fully understand the sales process involved with advising service customers about how to properly repair and maintain their cars. He or she must have an outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships and trust and must be able to provide excellent CSI scores. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a Plus!! Candidates must have a valid and clean NY driver’s license and must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
The Basics –
- Greet all Service Drive Customers promptly
- Quickly and accurately obtain all customer and vehicle information
- Clearly complete a Service Drive Walk Around and note all symptoms as well as all noticeable maintenance
- Recommend to customers both required and recommended maintenance
- Prepare a clear and accurate estimate for the customer with accurate timelines for completion
- Monitor the progress of repairs and inform the customer of additional vehicle needs as required
- Follow up with the customer on the progress of repairs
- Verify the final invoice and inform the customer of all repairs completed
Essential Duties -
Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, internet, or text. Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately. Maintain great CSI. Set appointments for our customers and properly outline timelines for repair. Study, learn, and maintain knowledge of our product line (We will train you!). Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products, and procedures. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the dealership. Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications -
- Language Skills Ability: Read, write, and understand short correspondence with our management and employees. Read and interpret safety rules, guidelines, and general business operating instructions as outlined by the dealership. Read, type, and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication.
- Mathematical Skills Ability: Add, Subtract, Multiply, and Divide so that you can understand, interpret and communicate Repair Orders and Manufacturer Warranty Programs. Calculate discounts and required pricing as outlined by the manufacturers.
- Reasoning Ability: Apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished verbally, in writing, or via electronic communication. Solve practical problems and come up with solutions to the simple challenges that occur in life. You must have and maintain a great attitude to be successful in this position.

Certifications - Must have and maintain an in-state Driver’s License in good standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Anticipated Salary: $60,000 - $125,000 per year depending on skill and effort
