Anderson & Koch Ford, Inc is a new car dealership in North Branch, MN

Our rapidly growing Service Department is searching for the right individual to help us continue to grow! We have an immediate opening for a Serivce Advisor. The job responsibilities would include:

• Work with customers to help maintain and repair thier vehicles.
• Prepare repair orders clearly and accurately for our Service Technicians.
• Sell and schedule repairs.
• Keep customers informed during the repair process.
• Review final paperwork and go over with customers when they pick up thier vehicle.

Requirements for this position would include:

• Very good interpersonal communication.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preffered but not required.
